HACCP

HACCP stands for "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points". HACCP is a risk inventory for the systematic monitoring and control of feed safety hazards in the production process, which is based on 7 core principles. The aim is to increase the safety of the product by detecting the risks and making it manageable. HACCP is a legally required way of working arising from the animal feed hygiene regulation 183/2005. Holland Animal Care is registered under number 40120.

GMP+FSA

GMP stands for "Good Manufacturing Practice" and FSA for "Feed Safety Assurance". It is a quality management system with its origins in the Netherlands for guaranteeing safe feed in all links of the feed chain, in which ISO-9001, HACCP, feed safety standards, traceability and monitoring are integrated. It is therefore a + compared to the legal requirements. Originally Dutch, but now active and recognised worldwide. Holland Animal Care is GMP + FSA certified, which means that raw materials, additives and the production process carry quality assurance. With this, Holland Animal Care guarantees reliable and safe animal feed products.

SecureFeed

Feed suppliers play a key role in guaranteeing food safety. Safe feed forms the basis for safe food of animal origin. SecureFeed stands for a collective, careful and transparent assurance system for animal feeds. With the monitoring and risk assessment system, SecureFeed is a collective supplement and deepening of GMP + FSA. Agridrogist is a participant in SecureFeed.

GMP Veterinary medicines

In addition, Holland Animal Care has a license for the wholesale trade in non-prescription veterinary medicines and the trade in channeled veterinary medicines with a delivery restriction (category URA, UDA and UDD). This is done in accordance with the GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice), which set requirements for, among other things, procedures, risk assessment, storage and distribution of veterinary medicines.

VLOG

VLOG stands for "Verband Lebensmittel ohne Gentechnik", a German association that stands for food production without the use of genetically modified organisms. Although it has its origins in Germany, VLOG is also emerging in other countries, including the Netherlands. Dairy farmers who supply VLOG milk may only use feed that meets the VLOG criteria.
